Yanolja has proclaimed ethical management to establish an ethical corporate culture as a global company by fulfilling its ethical and social responsibilities.

First, Yanolja revised and enforced the Code of Conduct (hereinafter COC) as a basis for the thinking and behavior of employees in line with global standards. The COC includes business ethics and compliance with international law, transparency, and information protection. Also, the company enacted a 'Business Partner Code' for its business partners to set up standards for transparent and ethical cooperation.

On the new website, Yanolja's COC and Business Partner Code are posted, and there is also a report page that anyone can report illegal activities of the company or its employees.
