The AI-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company, Yanolja Cloud introduces a 'check-in service based on a mobile driver's license' for the first time in the Korean hospitality industry.

It is a new contactless (non-face-to-face) check-in service that applies DID (Decentralized Identifier) technology to the Y FLUX kiosk and can be automatically linked with the online booking channels.

The new service is expected to enhance data security as it is possible to check the age and identity of the guest by mobile QR code. So, it will reduce the chance of exposing personal information during the check-in process. In addition, it will provide a safer and more convenient experience by preventing the use of forged or falsified ID cards.
