Yanolja Signed a Contract to Acquire Interpark to Lead the Global Travel Industry

Yanolja (CEO & Founder LEE Su Jin), South Korea's leading travel and leisure platform, signed a contract to acquire the business division of Interpark to lead the global travel industry.
Yanolja and Interpark signed an MOU on the acquisition of 70 percent of stake in Interpark's business division such as travel, performance ticket, shopping, and books for KRW 294 billion (approximately USD 248 million). This acquisition has a significance of that Yanolja reaches to the global travel industry that foreign platform companies have occupied.
With this acquisition, two companies will proactively cooperate to strengthen competitiveness and advancement of domestic and overseas travel industry. In particular, Yanolja will actively expand its global business by preemptively responding to changed in the overseas travel industries, expected to be more competitive in the post-COVID19 era. In addition, Yanolja will prepare various cooperation and support programs for its partners.
Yanolja has been expanding its global business with SaaS(Software as a Service) technology. With the deeper understanding of the market and innovative solutions, Yanolja competes with the global leading companies and stands out. Through this acquisition, Yanolja is expected to provide differentiated customer experience by connecting to global travel platform companies with SaaS.
