Yanolja, a global travel technology company, obtained Consumer Centered Management(CCM) recertification.

Consumer Centered Management (CCM) is a national certification granted every two years by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Consumer Agency to companies whose management activities are carried out in consumers' interests and show continuous improvement. Yanolja was the first company in the industry to obtain the CCM certification in 2020 and was recertified for the second consecutive time in 2022.

Yanolja was highly praised for the institution of its consumer-centric management guidelines and its efforts to protect the rights and improve the experiences of customers from the perspective of customers, including users, affiliates, and employees. Following its first certification, Yanolja continued to update the consumer-centric management operation manual to reflect rapidly changing consumer needs and provide training for all employees in consumer-centric management. Furthermore, Yanolja has various consumer protection policies in place to protect customer rights and interests and continues to invest in research to improve convenience for users and affiliates.

Moreover, Yanolja's expansion of the scope of customers to the local community also had a positive effect on this recertification. Yanolja continued to give back and grow together with the local community through various campaigns to share the value of sustainable travel even during the pandemic.
