Yanolja continued its robust growth despite the challenging economic environment during the Pandemic.
In 2022, Yanolja platforms (Yanolja, Interpark, Triple, and Daily Hotel) added a new member every 6 seconds, setting the total number of members at 65 million and the total number of downloads at over 100 million, cumulatively. Meaning that every Korean is using a Yanolja platform. Moreover, Yanolja recorded the same consistent upward trend in the number of actual Yanolja users, with the number of monthly active users (MAUs) increasing by 26% year-on-year.
This growth is attributed Yanolja's proactive response to the travel demand of the New Normal era through continued investments. Yanolja has expanded the number of overseas partners to more than 1,800,000 from the pre-pandemic levels of around 400,000. In addition, the Company launched a variety of new services to its offerings, including mobile vouchers, exhibition tickets, and flexible round-trip flight tickets. Likewise, Yanolja has been working hard to develop and maintain interest in travel to overcome the COVID-19 crisis in the domestic travel industry.
Meanwhile, Yanolja leaped into the position of Korea's only multi-channel travel company last year following the acquisition of Interpark and the merger of Interpark and Triple. Yanolja aims to carry this pattern of growth through to the new year and solidify its position as a global player competing among the world's leading travel companies, building on the foundation of Yanolja's technology and global network combined with Interpark, Triple, and Daily Hotel's brand loyalty and service know-how.
