Yanolja (CEO & Founder LEE Su Jin), South Korea's leading travel and leisure platform, has launched its hub office called 'Y-Staytion.'
Earlier, Yanolja declared the 'Tech All-in' vision and is actively promoting the introduction of new working systems that meet global standards, investment in R&D and strengthening of capabilities, and attracting global talent. In particular, as the remote working system has been implemented indefinitely since June last year, Yanolja is operating shared offices located in Seoul for employees who have difficulties in creating a work environment at home or are commuting long distances.
Y-Staytion is a compound word of 'stay' and 'station,' meaning where anyone can stay comfortably and maximize creativity, reflects the preference and demand for the shared office of Yanolja's employees. In order to create an optimal working space for employees, Yanolja carries out the entire process from construction to management and system operation on its own. The first branch, 'Y-Staytion Bundang', was opened in southern Gyeonggi Province.
The Y-Staytion Bundang adopts the freestyle workplace system that employees could choose the seat where they work for a day considering tasks, such as general work zone and focus work zone to enhance work efficiency. In addition, as part of ESG management, the upcycling office furniture is laid and motion sensors that automatically turn off the lighting power when it is not occupied are installed, to encourage employees to practice environmental protection in their daily lives. Yanolja plans to be a 'good company to work' that represents the New Normal Era by establishing a flexible working environment that meets global standards.
