Yanolja Cloud Increased Global Hotel Solution Clients by 60%

The AI-based SaaS (Space as a service) company, Yanolja Cloud (CEO Jongyoon Kim) shows rapid growth in the global hotel cloud solution industry.
In 2021, the number of clients of Yanolja Cloud's global hotel solution has increased more than 60%, compared to 2020. It recorded accumulate more than 43,000, more than 107% for last two years although the travel industry has struggled due to COVID-19.
The growth by region was followed by Africa (113%), Southeast Asia (58%), and India (50%). By market, Indonesia (520%) that placed the first number one in the local hospitality solution industry, and African markets such as the United Republic of Tanzania (213%), the Republic of Kenya (112%), and the Republic of Rwanda (66%) were significant. It is analyzed that the digital transformation strategy, including local-customized solution development and provision, the various packages tailored to the needs of each customer, was effective.
Yanolja Cloud currently offers the hotel solution service in more than 60 languages in more than 170 global markets. This year, it will also aim to lead the digital transformation of the global space(spatial) industry together with 310 international partners such as BNetworks, a global IoT company, and HotelOnline, the African leading digital marketing company, and VNTravel, the Vietnamese outstanding travel company. This growth is expected to be accelerated since Yanolja Cloud has expanded the SaaS business from the hotels to various spaces such as residences, leisure, F&B (Food and Beverage), and performances.
“Yanolja Cloud is showing a rapid growth in the global hotel market as a result of advancing its cloud solution based on AI capability enhancement since last year,” said Jongyoon Kim, the CEO of Yanolja Cloud. “We plan to lead the global cloud market by expanding solutions to various spaces beyond hotels such as residences, leisure, and F&B (Food and Beverage), and providing hyper-personalized and automated services.”
