As part of the 'Tech All-in' vision, Yanolja is introducing various systems and programs to improve the work convenience and efficiency.

●Workation(WorkVacation): Yanolja launched the workation program and successfully finished the first two rounds in November. Yanolja provided hotel rooms, meals, corporate sharing cars for a week for 60 participating employees.

● Support of Office Equipment: Yanolja provides office equipment free of charge to increase the work efficiency of employees anywhere. It is to build a smart office where each employee wants to by selecting from about 270 office furniture and IT supplies.

● Freestyle Workplace System: Employees could choose the seat where they work for a day considering tasks they are carrying on. It is designed to create a flexible working environment and enhance internal communication.

● COVID-19 Vaccination Leave for Booster Shot: Yanolja expands paid leaves to employees who get a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot. Any employee who has been vaccinated can use the two days of leave. ​
