Yanolja (CEO & Founder LEE Su Jin), South Korea's leading travel and leisure platform, offers paid leave to employees who have been vaccinated with the booster shot for COVID-19.
Yanolja has been working hard to establish a safe working environment since the COVID-19 outbreak in Korea last year. Yanolja tries to prevent the spread of the virus by regular disinfection of the office, replacing door pads with non-contact sensors, and providing thermal cameras, thermometers, hand sanitizer, and masks. In addition, since last June, when vaccination began, Yanolja is giving paid leave for up to four days has been provided for vaccination employees.
Moreover, Yanolja provides an additional two days of paid leave to employees who get booster shots to support a safer and gradual transition to daily recovery. Any employee who vaccinated the booster shot can use it regardless of whether there is any adverse event or not. Even after the vaccination leave ends, the additional leave will be provided depending on individual symptoms or support will be provided so that the individual can take sufficient rest through annual leave.
