Yanolja (CEO & Founder LEE Su Jin), South Korea's leading travel and leisure platform, implemented 'freestyle workplace system' to create a flexible working environment.
Previously, Yanolja declared the 'Tech All-in' vision and announced that it will actively promote the introduction of new systems that meet global standards, strengthening investment and capabilities in R&D, and attracting global talent. As part of this strategy, the 'remote work system' has been indefinitely implemented since this June to support safe and efficient work for employees. In addition, it operates a shared office in Gangseo area in Seoul, for members who have been through difficulty in terms of working condition at home or who are commuting long distances.
Yanolja has set up an autonomous workplace zone in its office. Employees can reserve and use the spaces they want, after accessing the reservation system on the web or mobile. Personal lockers on each floor and a function to book the seats by time are available so that anyone working for Yanolja can concentrate on the work. In particular, employees can designate the seats by their needs, so it is expected to enhance internal communication and work efficiency.
