Yanolja (CEO & Founder LEE Su Jin), South Korea's leading travel and leisure platform, implements 'Workation' program.

Workation is a combination word of 'work' and 'vacation', a new working system to work and relax at the same time at travel destination. As part of 'Tech-All-in' vision announced in June by Yanolja, the workation was introduced to establish an efficient and flexible work environment that meets global standards. To the participated employees, hotel rooms, meals, and corporate vehicles in the area are supplied for a week.

The first round of workation is held in Pyeongchang in Gangwon province for 7 days from Oct 31. Since last year, Yanolja has cooperated with Gangwon province to overcome the COVID-19 damage. With this workation program, it is encouraged to utilize employee's off-hours to the local tourism. In addition, Yanolja plans to contribute to vitalize the regional economy through widely developing tourism products linked to target regions by reflecting the feedback of employees.
