Yanolja (CEO & Founder LEE Su Jin), South Korea's leading travel and leisure platform, indefinitely implements remote working system.

Previously, Yanolja declared a 'Tech All-in' vision, and announced a plan that promotes introduction of new systems that meet global standards, investment in R&D, strengthening capabilities, and attraction of global talents. The new remote working system was also planned as part of the change for quantum jump as a global tech company.

Yanolja's remote working system is meaningful not only to help people work more safely and efficiently, but also to ultimately create a comfortable working environment and culture. To encourage employees to concentrate and immerse work, each individual and department can select the workplaces such as home, office, and shared office.

Yanolja has been preemptively implementing the company-wide autonomous remote working system since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Korea early last year and continuing the system until now. It was confirmed that most of the employees were satisfied after the autonomous remote working system was operated.

The scope of workplaces is expanded and renovated. In particular, to provide more diverse working environment according to the characteristics of the work, shared offices will be established in major areas in and around Seoul, and a 'workation(workvacation)' system will also be prepared for employees who want to work in other cities and take a break at the same time.

Yanolja plans to make the work environment and welfare benefits in a form that supports remote working in line with the change in work culture. In addition, it plans to continue providing support so that remote working can be established in the long term by regularly collecting employee's opinions.

“Through the indefinite implementation of remote working system and establishment of a shared office, we expect that all Yanolja employees will be able to work comfortably” said Jongyoon KIM, CEO of Yanolja Division. “We will continue adopting innovative systems that exceed global standards and attract talents. Also, we plan to strengthen our capabilities as a tech company leading the global market by building an organizational culture.”
